HBC Aspire Leadership Learning Journey - 2024

The Aspire Leadership Learning Journey is for first-time managers transitioning from an individual contributor to a people manager role, people managers who have transitioned into the role and will benefit from further managerial skill development, and for individual contributors on a people-manager track to develop the skills needed to transition in the future. Participants can expect a deeper dive into learning materials related to HBC Behavior Competencies and Leadership skills combined with Learning Cafe discussion groups hosted by subject matter experts.
